This policy explains how Threefold Socials – F.Z.C, a free zone company licensed by the Ajman Free Zone Authority under licence no. 52796, with its registered address at Ajman Free Zone C1 Building, B.C. 1302464, Ajman, United Arab Emirates (“Threefold Socials”, “we”, “us”) collects and uses personal data when you visit this website, contact us or become a client.
1. What we collect
When you contact us we collect what you choose to send: your name, brand, email address, phone number, social media handles or website, and the details of your enquiry. When you become a client we also hold billing details, contract information and the access you grant us to your marketing accounts.
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. If we add analytics in future, we will update this policy first.
2. How we use it
We use your information to reply to enquiries, prepare proposals, deliver our services, send invoices and meet our legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell your personal data.
3. Enquiries sent by WhatsApp or email
Our booking form does not store anything on our servers. It prepares a message that you send yourself through WhatsApp or your email app, so those services' own privacy policies apply to the message in transit.
4. Who we share it with
We share data only with providers we need in order to work: our bank, email and messaging providers, cloud storage, and the advertising platforms you ask us to manage. Each receives only what it needs.
5. How long we keep it
Enquiry details are kept for up to 12 months if no engagement follows. Client and billing records are kept for as long as UAE law requires, normally five years.
6. Your rights
Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021), you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it. Write to us and we will respond within 30 days.
7. Security
We keep account access and client files in password-protected, access-controlled systems and remove our access to your accounts when an engagement ends.
