These terms govern the marketing services provided by Threefold Socials – F.Z.C, a free zone company licensed by the Ajman Free Zone Authority under licence no. 52796, with its registered address at Ajman Free Zone C1 Building, B.C. 1302464, Ajman, United Arab Emirates (“Threefold Socials”, “we”, “us”) to the business that engages us (“you”, “the client”). By signing a proposal, paying an invoice or confirming a retainer in writing, you agree to these terms.
1. Services
We provide marketing services including content production (filming, editing, photography), social media management, paid advertising management, brand identity, website and e-commerce work, public relations and consultancy. The exact scope, deliverables and start date for each client are set out in a written proposal. Where a proposal and these terms differ, the proposal applies.
2. Retainers and fees
Services are provided on a monthly retainer. Published retainers start at AED 15,000 per month; your fee is the one stated in your proposal. Fees are in UAE dirhams and exclude VAT, which is added where applicable.
Retainers are invoiced monthly in advance and are due before the start of each service month unless your proposal says otherwise. Work for a month begins once that month's invoice is paid.
3. Payment methods
Payment is by online bank transfer only. Our bank details are shown on each invoice; please include the invoice number as the transfer reference.
4. Advertising spend
Advertising budgets are paid directly by you to the platforms (such as Meta, TikTok and Google) and are not part of the retainer. We are not responsible for platform pricing, policy decisions, account restrictions or ad rejections, but we will help you resolve them.
5. Your responsibilities
You agree to give us timely access to accounts, products, locations, approvals and information we reasonably need, and to confirm that any material you provide to us may lawfully be used. Delays caused by missing access or approvals may move deliverables into the following month.
6. Approvals and revisions
Each deliverable includes up to two rounds of revisions. Content is published only after your approval, or after five working days without feedback where the proposal allows scheduled publishing.
7. Intellectual property
Once the relevant invoices are paid in full, you own the final edited content we create for you and may use it for your business. We keep ownership of raw footage, project files, templates and our working methods unless your proposal says otherwise. We may show work we created for you in our portfolio and on our channels unless you ask us in writing not to.
8. Results
Marketing results depend on many factors outside our control. We commit to delivering the agreed scope to a professional standard; we do not guarantee specific follower counts, sales, rankings or returns on ad spend.
9. Term and cancellation
Retainers continue month to month after any initial term in your proposal. Either party may cancel with written notice as described in our Refunds & cancellation policy.
10. Confidentiality
Each party keeps the other's non-public business information confidential and uses it only to perform the engagement.
11. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim connected with the services is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Ajman and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes will first be discussed in good faith and, if unresolved, referred to the competent courts of Ajman.
